Activesync and contacts list
Good day. I have a Galaxy 4 that our employer requires us to use ActiveSync and Outlook for email, etc. When I got the phone, the sync between my pc account and the phone synced perfectly. All transferred over. Lately, I have been noticing that I am getting a bunch of contacts titled Unknown. As well, some of the texts I have been receiving, now just show the cell number where before they showed the person's name. When I look at the contacts list in Outlook 2010, the contact information exists and is correct. If I go and edit the contact and save, it will update on the Galaxy. All my sync settings are the same as they have been from the start.
What's up? Any way to fix?
