Why are there clouds going across my screen?

I got the thunderstorm one flashing now ,there's storms around ha

I had tried that once.. but it didn't work at all, so uninstalled

I did have to go into "Preferences" then "Calibrate Microphone", then it worked. It's by the same developers that run appbrain.

My clouds are doing something different today that's not normal. They are flashing, as if it's got some kind of error and if I bring up another program, like Handcent or gmail real fast, normally that would end the animation, but now they're just zooming across my opened program. It's not how the clouds normally react and they are zooming really fast. I don't know what is up but it's getting on my nerves!

Update, my clouds are occurring even when there's no clouds on the forecast. I'm pretty sure this is some kind of glitch but I don't know how to fix it.
