Videos Recorded from my S5 onto my SD Card only play sound on my PC

So I just got a new SD card for my Galaxy S5. SanDisk 32GB micro.
It's set up on my phone to save my pictures and videos I take to the card. It works great so far, shot lots of pictures and video over the weekend and they view and play back flawlessly on my phone.
When I got home however I uploaded the files to my computer, but the videos only play sound. The videos file type still shows mp4. The pictures are fine.
When I view previously recorded videos on my PC from my phone from BEFORE I got the SD card, they view normally with full audio/visual playback.
I'm using Windows Media Player.
Ergo it's obviously something with the new card.
Codec perhaps?

Welcome to Android Central! How did you transfer the videos from the card to the phone? Via USB connection, or did you Unmount the card, remove it, and insert it into the computer? Try the latter if you haven't already--I've seen posts where transfer over USB can be a little wonky from the SD card.

Try to play also the videos using different player like VLC on your pc. Maybe your current player does not have the necessary video codecs to play the video part.
