Why aren't I able to import specific photos from my phone to my computer?

I cannot import specific photos from my phone to my compter.

I have photos taken over 6 months in my Galaxy S4 camera. I can only import photos for July. The computer cannot locate photos in my phone for the month of June or earlier. My computer is using Windows 10 software.
