Why aren't I receiving notifications?

Not receiving notifications ..

Good day

since I factory default my Galaxy Alpha, and reinstalled everything, I'm not getting app notifications.

Email, Textra are working.. but not others (like classdojo, banking.. ) I know there is something in there, because when I open the app, there is an update.. but nothing was notified!

In the app setting, notification are enabled.. but now, i have no clue..

any idea please?

There are OS level notification settings that can block individual app notifications. Go to the Settings app to check it out.

By any chance did you move those apps to the SD card? I know there are problems getting notifications from apps on the SD card...
