Why aren't my contact names displaying while I get incoming calls?

i used lenovo A6000.i upgraded android kitkat to lollipop.the contact name not displayed while incoming call..

Same happens here.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 with Android 5.0

I think it´s a bug in Android 5.0

There is not update available in my Samsung to fix this.
