Why aren't photos editable in Moto G, which was working yesterday?

Why photos are not editable in Moto G, which was working yesterday.

While trying to edit.. Unable to connect. Some editing tools unavailable. Same photos I edited yesterday. I listened for FM and I connected to laptop to transfer some photos.
