Why aren't thumbnails and screenshots loading in the Play Store [SOLVED]?

Thumbnails and screenshots not loading the Play Store [SOLVED]

Hello,

I have a completely stock Sony Xperia Z3. For some reason, none of the thumbnails nor screenshots load in the Play Store. They will only load when I disable Wi-Fi.

I've tried to remedy this by clearing the app's cache but to no avail.

Edit: Restarting my router did the trick, thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! Is it only on your home wi-fi network, or any others?

Thanks for the response.

It seems to only occur on my home network. The thumbnails load just fine when I'm on my uni's network.

Edit: I've just realized how much I butchered up the title.

Edit 2: Got home and restarted my router and modem. They seem to load normally now, thanks for the suggestion!
