Why blue spot appeared on mobile screen and it is increasing gradually.

I noticed the blue spot on the right side of the screen. After a day I noticed it was larger then the before. Tell me what should I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? That sounds like a damaged screen. Make sure all of your important data is backed up or synced NOW, since the screen could completely fail without warning. Then bring it to a repair shop.
