Every time I try to select an image from my Gallery or Photos, it would attempt to download for a second before the screen turns black and reverts to the settings area with the message "Failed to load image". This has never happened before. The other ways to change the conversation theme i.e. by using the default themes or by taking a picture using the camera option still works.
I found a post on here from early this year, where a solution stated "Try clearing the data from the Gallery app and see if that fixes it. Go to settings, applications, all apps, find the Gallery app and clear the data" except it still does not work.
Please help? Any other suggestions? Thank you for your time!
