Why can i not use my Galaxy tab a

EDIT: after holding the power button for 20 secconds it started working

When i woke up my tablet was flat, while charging it took a long time, now when i press the button, it shows a button like symbol that is completely green and on it is text that saies %100

I think your battery is not working properly, you could get it to the nearest Samsung Store and ask them to replace it.
