Why can't I access the newsfeed on Facebook on my Galaxy S5?

I can't access newsfeed on facebook on my galaxy s5

I have uninstalled and reinstalled facebook on my Galaxy s5, and it states unable to single sign on to facebook at this time.

I think its because of the latest Facebook update. There seems to be a problem with Facebook app connecting to the server. If you can roll back to the previous version before the update, do so. And let us know if it works.
