why cant i browse with my LG ms323 android phone

my LG ms323 android phone cant browse with my bundle plan but can browse with a wireless connection, and i dont seem to know the solution to the problem i would be greatful to get a reply ASAP....thanks

Assuming that you have a data plan, your APN might be set wrong. (The settings depend on your carrier.)
