Why can't I call people and receive calls on my LG G4?

[AC Question]

When I attepmt to call people on my l it says connecting then after 4 seconds it says invalid number. Also, I can't receive calls either. I recently switched my sim to this phone that my son had in the past and it worked fine for him, and my sim worked fine in my old phone as well. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central. Well, it apparently doesn't work in the one you have now. Call your carrier and get a new SIM.
