I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S6 Duos with Android 6.0.1 installed.
My SIM1 has a local Philippine Sim Card installed. On SIM2 I have a t-mobile on it.
I'm in the USA trying to use my T-Mobile sim for data but the network mode can't be selected and is stuck on 2G. Sim1 can be changed, though.
Please help. I know it isn't the sim card because I went to t-mobile and they tried it on a different phone and it worked fine.
I can also make calls and send text messages so I know network has nothing to do with it.
It worked fine before, as well. Only had this problem now after removing the sim card and installing it back on.
Also I can't even change or add APNS. Says it's restricted for the current user profile.
