Why can't I change my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 lock screen mode?

i cannot change my samsung galaxy note 4 lock screen mode..

i cannot change my samsung galaxy note 4 lock screen mode..
bt at the same time there is no problem with fon screen lock/unlock.
whenever i try to change the lock mode, machine asking for 'confirm password'..i enter the correct password which im stil using to unlock my phone bt stil replying like 'sorry try again'..wat to do ??

Try to think some more... You are probably entering the wrong password.

If you are sure that you are entering the correct password then contact your carrier for a replacement, assuming that you got it through them.
