Why can't i click allow or install an app

I'm having problems with my phone .I can't click allow on permissions or to even select a permission for a example camera ..I'm having problems with installing apps also

Have you tried rebooting the phone, and confirm that you are signed in to the phones Google account?

Hi there. What phone are you using? Is this a touchscreen issue affecting just a part of the screen or the whole screen? Does this happen in safe mode? How long has this issue been happening? Is it all the time or random?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that certain onscreen buttons can't seem to be pressed? If so, make sure you don't have any screen-dimming apps installed, since screen overlays can cause this kind of issue.
