Why can't I connect to Google Play Store, etc?

Cant connect to Google Play Store, etc

Recently updated my Android per Verizon, now I can't access Google or Play Store. Don't want to perform a Hard Reset. Any suggestions?

Does this occur on both wi-fi and mobile data?

First, go to Settings>App Manager>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. If that doesn't help, go to Settings>Accounts, and remove your Google account completely--then add it back.

It works when I'm using MOBILE DATA, but when I'm at home and connected to WiFi, it doesn't work. My Yahoo mail app seems to not be work either on WiFi.

How about other wi-fi networks? Try rebooting your router. You might also have to adjust some of your router settings. See this guide for more info: http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...roubleshooting-wi-fi-connection-problems.html
