Why can't I delete certain files!?

So this is the first time this had ever happened to me. I have a Samsung Galaxy j7 prime. So I was downloading some music for my yourube videos. Then I deleted everything I had downloaded including some pictures that I used for my yourube channel. Then I noticed that an audio file under the ringtones folder could be deleted. Every time I try to delete it says. "Failed to delete folder". What can I do? It's using up 537KM. Do i have to use PC or what?

Hi,

Is your audio folder in phone's SD or memory card, if yes then connect the external storage media to the computer and download Bitraser for file software. This software will allow you to erase unerasable files from the storage media. Just give it a try and let me know whether it worked for you or not.
