Why can't i delete Facebook?

[Android Central Question]

I have a Huawei X 12. I've had it for awhile now. I was interested in Facebook. So i decided to install the app. I was very excited. However I got bored. So i decided to delete it. So with all my patience I tried to delete it. All it did was disable it. Then after a million tries, i lost my patience. I searched things up I searched all through my phone for a way to delete it. So please answer my prayers and help me fix this.
