Why can't I delete the Outlook app?

cant delete Outlook app

I have dowloaded and installed outlook app into my S5. i created the account and then i realized that it consumed a lot of battery. i tryed to deleted it but it keeps me saying that i need to deactive it. tried deleted from Play store, from the app administrator but i have did not succeed. please help.

You have to go to settings - security - device administrator and uncheck Outlook.

This doesn't work on my phone. I did these things, but the Email app from Microsoft is still here, with no uninstall option.

My guess is that these instructions are out of date now.
