Why can't I do a check deposit on Galaxy S4

My Apple takes a clear picture of the check and an instant deposit and the S4 blurs back and forth trying to focus and never does.

If the camera is blurring try to focus it correctly and adjust the lighting....

Welcome to Android Central! Which banking app? This is probably due more to the app than the phone. The Bank of America app had issues with this a while ago, which was corrected in an update. Send feedback to the banking app's developer.
