Why can't I download any applications on my Samsung Note 3?

I cannot download any applications on my samsung note 3. Please help. Please help.

Every time I try to install an application it is just stuck there. There is no further progress. Please help.

If you have a Best buy in your area contact the store and they can help you. If you have a Samsung device there is staff there.

Try going in to settings, application manager, go to all, find the play store app and clear the data. Try downloading a app.
