Why can't I download anything on my A3

I had my A3 for a year now and it has NEVER given me troubles with downloading anything. But yesterday I was trying to install an app and my phone got really hot and restarted. It did the same thing a couple of times or it would just install for a really long time and when I try to use the app it sais it stopped. I thought it was only the app, but it's not, everything I try to install does the same.

Welcome to the forums. Do you have a lot of browser tabs open? That might be causing the apps to not install, and may explain the CPU overworking.
