Why can't I download apps?

HELP! CAN'T DOWNLOAD APPs!

I have 113 mb (or so) left on my phone system storage. Whenever I try to download a google play app it says

*Error not enough space

or

* can't install app in the default location

Do you have a memory card? If not, get one. Transfer as many applications to the SD as possible. If you have files such as music, movies or pictures then move those to the memory card fist as you need space to install an app manager. I recommend es file explorer for this, delete what you have to for it to install. Then use an App manager to move the apps.
