Why can't I find mock locations in developer options?

[AC Question]

I have gionee elife e7, android 4.4.2 kitkat.
I turned developer options on while pressing on build number, but the only thing i can see in developer options is "USB debugging", no other options. I tried installing fake gps, deleting it, and installing it again so maybe it would bring me to those settings but it didn't. Is there any way to see mock location so i could turn it off/on?
