Why can't I get apps to install since the Android 5.1 upgrade?

Since Android 5.1 upgrade, apps won't install

I upgraded to Android 5.1 a few weeks ago. Since then apps will not download and install from the Play Store. I have a Nexus 7 2012.

Welcome to AC.

Try a Cache Partition wipe, good practice after a system software update.
