Galaxy tab 9+ problem

New today. Downloaded brave browser. It works.
Tablet won't allow me to drag it anywhere.
Other apps can be dragged.
I wish to put in the shortcuts box at the bottom of the tablet.
Bought 2, time to return them?
Looks like chrome dirty pool.

I have no problem adding Brave Browser to the homescreen or the bottom Favorites shelf on my Tab S9 FE+. Are you sure your bottom shelf isn't already full? Do you have the Lock Home Screen Layout option turned on?

I think it has absolutely nothing to do with Chrome or Google.
