Why can't I get lte signal

[Android Central Question]

I have a smn910f and its specs says it has bandwidth 700 however my network uses that bandwidth to distribute lte
And I'm only getting 4g its not a betwork issue as I've changed my chip and tried it in other phones and got lte is this an issue with the note 4 help please

The Note 4 F will get LTE on Bands 12 and/or 17. Speak to your carrier. (You may need another SUM card, or they may have to reprovision your account.)
