Why can't I import LectureNotes zip file from SD card

I recently after returned my Galaxy Tab A to factory settings. Prior to doing that, I created a backup of all my LectureNotes files and stored them on the SD card. When I tried to import them, I get the message "cannot load content at the moment".

Please advise me how I can again access my notebooks from LectureNotes.

(1) Did you verify that the ZIP archive is not damaged? For instance by `unzipping´ it on a computer?

(2) How do you select the ZIP archive? Depending on the app used, LectureNotes might need the STORAGE permission to read the file.
