Why can't i install Youtub

I have been trying to unstall YouTube go on my phone because I don't like the app and at the same time install YouTube but it is not working .Why

What device do you have? YouTube Go was intended for devices with lower specs, it may have been preinstalled and the full YouTube app is not compatible.
