Why cant i log into google play??

[AC Question]

I just got the samsung galaxy s6 yesterday (10/25/15) i was able to log into my google account with no problems however google play is telling me to "try again" every time i put in my password. I have tried changing my password, restarting my device, uninstalling and updating the most current version of google play....nothing has worked. Please help!!!! Sprint customer care said they cant help bc this is a google software issue

Welcome to the forums. Try resetting app preferences. Settings>Apps>menu>reset app preferences. This sometimes helps with Play issues.
