Hello, well I bought the Verizon galaxy 7s. I decided to move back to metro and contacted verizon about how to do so. I was informed that the phone is factory unlocked and told it would be no problem. I bought a metro Sim card and called from home. Everything works now except I cannot make or receive calls. I've contacted both companies and no one has a solution for me. Please help!!!
