Why can't I move/copy files to my SD card?

I recently bought a new Galaxy S5 Neo and am trying to move files to my SD card. I have never had a problem with it on my old phone or my tablet. I set my camera to save pictures to it but it won't. Also, I have no problems moving files from my SD card to my device. What is going on?

They took this functionality away. Since lollipop or Kit Kat, I'm not sure. There are petitions online to pressure them into bringing it back but for now it's a no go. You can move data via tether to a laptop, pc, or Mac. I haven't found a file manager that allows it yet but you can look.
