Why can't I open my files?

Hello. Since this morning I can't access my internal memory, I can't open my files, my photos, is my songs. It says no internal memory available. What can I do ? I haven't deleted any thing. I have a doogee Valencia y100 pro

Try a normal reboot and a safe mode reboot. Let us know how you get on

What happens if you uninstall apps? Is internal storage available then?

Same problem. Using.doogee Valencia. My gallery just stopped showing. No pics. No vids. No music. And when I try to search the files I can find none..no files at all. USB does not work either.it will not find phone's memory.. any help.?
