Why can't I record any videos on my Dual SIM Moto G (2nd Gen) since the Lollipop upgrade?

Video problem on Dual SIM Moto G (2nd Gen) - REVISED

Since Lollipop upgrade (I think!) I cannot record any video.

The camera works fine, but if I tap the video button, it switches briefly into video mode, but then pops up this window....



There is no way to clear the window, other than hitting the 'Back' button and then it reverts to camera mode, having saved a zero length video.

I have no idea what it is or what settings it is asking me to make.

I have cleared the cache partition and done pretty much everything bar a factory reset.

Any ideas out there?

Tracked this down to a dual sim ringtone app. It worked fine under Kitkat, but not Lollipop, it would seem.

Anyone know of an app that would work? The 3 listed when you search Play Store for "dual sim ringtone" are all rubbish and don't work under Lollipop.
