Why can't I remove that circle with a line inside on my Samsung J610 phone?

I dont know what happen it just appear. I cant use my fone,no calls,no text. I even bought new sim but its still the same sign appear,kindly help me please,thank u very much.

It sounds like you probably have a bad SIM card reader if thepjhone won't provision even with a new SIM card inserted. You're most likely facing a repair situation.

Welcome to Android Central! Try blowing out the SIM slot using a can of compressed air. Also see if the same thing happens in Safe Mode: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-j6/safe-mode/
