Why can't I save screenshots on Lollipop?

cant save screenshots on lollipop ..pls help

as soon as i take a screenshot a message on notification bar appears...facing this problem after lollipop update

though both phone & sd card memory free

Yeah..no problem with memory space

He was not suggesting that you where low on memory, doing a cache clearing clears the app from memory and causes it to reload a clean copy.

Boot into recovery and wipe dalvik and regular cache and see if that helps at all.

Lollipop 5.0 lets applications mandate over the OS. In my case video streaming apps, that will lock out screenshot taking.
I have Hulu and when streaming videos, the screenshot feature is cancelled/overrided by the app. Its terrible...but its the truth, we need to
request android to let us take our devices ownership back.
