why cant i see my keypad numbers to enter my pin

Welcome to the forums. It might be a ROM error. Have you tried rebooting the device?

I am having the same problem too on my Samsung Galaxy S4, the same thing occurs when trying to unlock the phone. The device is using the qwerty style keyboard instead of the number pad within the keyboard?

Rebooting the device did not help.

I also use A.I. Type Keyboard Plus. As a precaution I did uninstall and re-install the A.I. app. That did not help either.

Please advise?
