Why can't I see the video on my PC from my S6 Samsung?

Swipe down the menu screen after connecting the phone to your PC. Then, you should see a notification asking how the USB connection should be used. You can set it to "Camera" or "media", and for videos you unintuitively have to select "media". Then, the videos should appear in the Camera>DCIM folder within windows explorer.

Hi there! Where should I see the menu screen? My phone is only asking me if I want to allow or not allow the computer to see the data...

Thank you so much. I have been trying to work this out for the longest time. No amount of research on google has ever resolved it until your comment that I came across today. Thank you so much.

What about videos already transferred to pc and deleted from phone? Is there anyway to fix the problem where I can see the video?

Like several of you have experienced, when I switch to Media (aka File) Transfer Mode, my phone does not show up in Windows Explorer, but does show up when in Photo Transfer Mode. The trick: use the "special" USB cable that comes with the phone! Just any ol' usb cable will not work. And when the phone is first plug in, it will be in Media mode, so you may have to toggle to Photo mode and back to Media mode to get stupid windoze to recognize the device.
