Why can't I send MMS, get on internet, or access google maps on my Galaxy S5?

I just switched to a Galaxy S5 (AT&T, unlocked). My carrier is Consumer Cellular, and I got a SIM card from them and set up my phone. At home, everything works great. However, when I leave home, and am only on the 4GLTE (with good "bars") on reception, I can no longer access maps, send MMS messages, or even get on the internet. Don't know where to start -- is it AT&T, ConsumerCellular, Samsung, or a combination? Quite confused and very frustrated. I was soooo looking forward to this phone! Help!

You'll need to edit your APNs for data and MMS.

The APNs are listed in the link I provided. It depends on whether you are using an AT&T or T-Mobile SIM for Consumer Cellular.
