Why can't I send MMS?

I have an unlocked LG G2(AT&T) using T-Mobile's service

The data(4G, LTE, all dat) on the device works wonderfully and I can RECEIVE texts and MMS just fine but for some odd reason I simply cannot send out an MMS at all. I can't even upload a picture to Facebook. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this problem?

Not sure what's going on there, but if you're willing, try chompSMS for texting. I've found it to be flawless, even with MMS and pics/videos.

Not sure if you fixed your issue but it is likely you need to tweak your APN settings under "Networks"--->"Mobile Networks" ---> "Access Point Names". Search the internet for your carrier's settings and ensure all settings match. Pay particular attention to the MMSC field. I had the same issue and a small typo in that spot wouldn't let me send MMS.
