Why can't I send or receive mms from a Straight Talk subscriber?

Can't send or receive mms from a straight talk subscriber

I just got a note 4 with sprint. My wife has a iphone5 with straight talk. Before my note, I had an iphone with cricket. Now I can't send or receive mms from her iphone. I did delete the i message from my old I phone and removed the cricket SIM and did a factory reset on my old iphone still nothing! I also reset my days profile on my note 4 and still nothing! I called sprint and went to there customer service and they have me a line of crap!
I was wondering if anyone here knows the problem. This has only happened since I changed to a note4 with sprint.

Did you disconnect your iPhone from iMessage? (iMessage isn't compatible with SMS/MMS, and if the phone number is still associated with iMessage, no other phone will be working.)

If you did, your wife has to send you at least one message as an SMS message, so her phone won't keep sending you iMessages. (The formats are as different as English and Chinese.)
