Why can't I send text messages?

I cannot send text messages

Texts failed from my s4... they say failed. I noticed the word telus is no longer displayed on the top left corner of the screen but my 4G is working my phone calls work I can receive texts... Ive checked the networks. ..the apn... everything seems to be ok
