Why can't I track my S5?

why cant i track my S5

was working fine just stopped, when I go to trackmymobile it tells me no connection
but everything is on that needs to be

On my US Verizon version this has never worked. I was told it is a feature for other markets (Europe, Asia?) and doesn't work in the US when I asked about the same thing.

My solution was to use android device manager.
