Why cant i turn on hotspot?

I recently got sick of high verizon bill so when contract ran out I changed both my lg g3 phones over to straight talk with no regrets changed over easily but couldn't get hotspot to work .So I downloaded numerous apps for opening hotspot or blue tooth on phone but keeps popping up saying can't recognize number contact verizon. Can anyone please help.

Verizon is blocking your number from using a hotspot because Straight Talk doesn't buy that ability from Verizon.
