Why can't I zip zoom on all pages. I have an s5, never had a issue with my S4

When I open realestate.com.au and try to zip zoom it will not work at all no matter what i do and its the same for eBay. The only screens that do work when I zip zoom are my gallery pictures

If the site is using HTML 5 then it looks like a app which they web app and then you can't zoom it. Otherwise you should be able to.
