Why can't my power bank be charged for the fist time?

Power bank can't be charged for the fist time

I got a new power bank and I charged it for the fist time through my Sumsung charger. But there is always one blue light blinking all the time (more than 24h) and never can jump to the 2nd light. I tried through computer but still cant be charged. And there is no power at all when I connected my phone to it. I am not sure whether the new one is defective or not? Please advise! Thanks!

Hi, My suggestions:

1. Try other chargers.
2. Check both voltage of charger and power bank make sure it match. (Input for power bank and Output for charger)
3. If not, then it's maybe defective.
