Android Central Question

I use an unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 and Jlab Jbuds Air Icon true wireless headphones. The headphones connect just fine and sound comes through just fine. Sometimes while I'm on calls tho, the people on the other end can't hear me well or hear me at all. I have a feeling it has to do with mic sensitivity and background noise cancellation but I don't know how to fix it.

Welcome to Android Central! Some Bluetooth headphones are better than others when it comes to phone calls. Make sure the mic opening of the buds is clear of any debris. Also, go to Settings>Bluetooth, tap the gear next to the buds, and make sure Phone Audio is turned on.
