Did I miss reading the part where you mentioned that you had performed a Factory Reset?trust me factory resetting isn't the solution
So I just signed to this forum up because none of the fixes I saw hear worked and then by dumb luck I seemed to have stumbled upon the fix. it's TTY!! I guess when my kids were playing with my wife's phone they turned it on. To turn it off try this:
Hit the green phone button>in phone menu hit settings in bottom left>press call settings> scroll down to TTY mode and turn it to TTY off.
BOOM! glad I could help!![]()
What happens if you don't put the phone to your ear (but don't turn on the speakerphone)? Can they hear you and can you hear them?if I just swipe to answer and put it to my ear no one can hear me
This sounds like the proximity sensor is buggered up or is being interfered with. Did you just put a new case or screen protector on the phone? You can try going into the Phone app, press the Menu button, select Call settings and uncheck 'Turn off screen during calls'.Also the screen turns black and I can't get it to come back on.
